Over the last week of or so there has been a lot of coverage of Des McAnuff leaving the La Jolla Playhouse as the Artistic Director: Mercury News,  San Diego Union-Tribune, Playbill, Broadway, and BroadwayWorld.

According to the New York Times (confirmed by BroadwayWorld) he is going to be one of three Artistic Directors of the Stratford Festival - a classical repertory theater in Ontario, Canada.
